On our website, exhibitors have access to a selection of stands available for the event. They can view stand locations on
an interactive show floor plan, with detailed information on each stand, including size, location, equipment included, etc. Exhibitors can select the stand that best suits their needs and budget.
Once a stand has been chosen, exhibitors can customize their display space according to their preferences and requirements.
They will be able to select additional options such as decoration services, audiovisual equipment and more. They will also be able to upload their logo and other graphic elements to personalize their stand.
Once exhibitors have finalized their selection and customization, they will be redirected to our secure payment system to finalize their booking. Exhibitors will be able to choose from a variety of secure payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers and more. Once payment has been made, exhibitors will receive confirmation of their booking by email, with all the details relevant to their participation at the show.
