Then plan your participation accordingly, determining which products or services you want to highlight, how you're going to design your stand, what promotional materials you're going to use, and so on.

2 - Attractive stand design:
Invest in an attractive, eye-catching stand design that grabs visitors' attention. Make sure your stand is well-organized, clean and well-lit. Use visual elements such as posters, signs, video screens, etc., to showcase your products or services effectively.

3 - Staff training:
Make sure your team is well trained and prepared to interact with visitors. Train them to present your products or services convincingly, answer visitors' questions and engage in conversations to generate interest.

4 - Engaging with visitors:
Be proactive in your approach and actively engage visitors as they pass by your stand. Smile, greet people as they approach, ask open-ended questions to discover their needs and interests, and offer tailored solutions.

5 - Collecting leads:
Take the opportunity to collect information about visitors interested in your products or services. Use contact forms, badge scanners, tablets or mobile apps to capture prospects' contact details so you can get in touch with them later.
